      Fun place to work, possibility to work on very different projects, super good training programs for employees, good compensation, a lot of traveling.

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity, not the best values in HQ.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
