Pros
Opportunity to learn cross functional brand training. Unlimited access to top events and brand experiences. Flexibility to take ownership of your business and managed expectations.
Cons
Growth limited however staying in current role is not well received. Change is the only constant within management. No work life balance....management will tell you to have work/life balance then expect 16 hour days 7 days a week.
