      Great benefits. Free Red Bull, happy hours, parties, etc.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive of their people. They look out only for themselves. Preach accountability but will shove you under the bus to save themselves.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
