      Lots of fun, party, cute girls and very light working environment. No more.

      Cons

      If you are experienced professional, you will not learn or growth here, don´t join. Regional and country executives are really bad, they don´t have the level to perform the same position in any other company.

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
