Pros

Free redbull, great 401k, decent benefits, great culture. The events are fun if you get picked to go because not everyone got tickets. Meet a lot of good people, be apart of something to be excited about every day

Cons

Long hours sometimes depends on how you finagle your day around. No real work/life balance. Just crack the whip! Management sees things one sided. You tell them your issues and they brush them under the rug. The RSM and GSM never see eye to eye and it caused unseen tension. DSMs were hired damn near off the street while ASMs were given the chance to "interview" while they already had their candidate picked. RSS position was introduced then phased out. Large format position was introduced and phased out as well. Overall disorganization. DSMs could never help ASMs because they were always on a route and basically glorified route jumpers. "HUDDLE" meetings every morning were mundane and stunted production of the sales team. Gotta love RBDC Philadelphia

Pros

- Plenty of autonomy over work - Great culture, coworkers, and benefits - Generous work-life balance

Cons

- Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
