      As a student, this job is ideal as you take care of your own schedule. It relies on people being honest about the hours they put into their work, but, with such a good team, this is never an issue as the company culture makes you want to go above and beyond.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
