      There was not a lot to do. Hands were tied up due to contracts with third party companies and liability concerns. Benefits were pretty good.

      Cons

      The company is very new to the maintenance role of a company. New building; new department. No considerations in providing competitive compensations for experienced Technicians. No upper mobility. Entry level pay.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
