/N SPRO has fostered an incredible culture that focuses on performance, team dynamics, and providing great customer experiences. There is an emphasis put on continual improvement - whether it be through development, feedback, or process adjustments - and the company has used this to adapt and grow in a sustainable way that puts employees and clients at the heart of their decisions. From a day-to-day perspective, the people are what truly make /N SPRO a great place to work. The team is spirited, smart, and varied - there is no one that you wouldn't want to grab a coffee or drink with on any given day. Depending on your needs as a professional it can be much more than a job - it's a corporate family (that occasionally hangs out at the beach). Cons
Very few qualms: - no vision coverage (for those of us with struggling peepers!) & very average vacation time - less clear development and career paths for those outside of the operations team - communications strategies from management could be better unified / thought out at times
