Pros

- A well-established multinational company with strong industry recognition, offering relative job security. - Some flexibility remains with remote work, though policies are shifting (currently 2 office days per week). And there is no 100% remote contract option. - Collaborative environment with colleagues from different backgrounds, which can be professionally enriching.

Cons

- Teams are consistently overworked, yet filling open positions takes far too long. - Frequent leadership gaps leave employees without direction or support in decision-making. - Employees are regularly assigned additional roles/responsibilities with no salary adjustments or recognition. - Recent D&I changes generated frustration, and non-European employees report difficulties with internal mobility. - Hard work and expanded responsibilities rarely lead to promotions, raises, or meaningful acknowledgment.

Thank you for your feedback! We recognize that being a large and complex company sometimes results in lengthier processes. And, our market is highly regulated, with a myriad of considerations that often impact timelines. With this in mind, we continue to work on streamlining our processes, incorporating more agility into the way we work whenever possible. We also encourage you to consider further engaging your manager in an open & honest dialogue to see if there might be opportunities to address your concerns or identify possible opportunities to improve upon your department processes. Pros

The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

Cons

They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
