      Cons

      Great company if you are a sales guy. They are the only ones making commission/bonuses. Love how all the 'good' reviews are the ones by the people the HR ladies hand pick and ask to write reviews. Shady.

      There are smart people here.

      I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
