Pros
Been with SADA since December 2016 and the experience has been amazing. I've felt a real sense of family since I've started, for a company at this size and growth rate I thought it was remarkable that the CEO/upper management really does get to know each employee on a personal level. As an engineer I find it to be privilege to get to work with the cutting edge technology that I am passionate about under a management system that empowers me to make decisions and be autonomous in my day to day.
Cons
I don't really have anything negative to say about working at SADA right now, any potential employee would need to be prepared to work in a fast past results oriented environment. SADA is growing fast at the moment which can be positive or negative depending on what type of work environment you are personally looking for.
