Optimism all around - Anonymous employee SADA Employee Review

I have been working at SADA Systems since January and it so satisfying to be back at a company full of optimism. Everyone I meet and work with has a positive, hard-working attitude. I enjoy that the company is small enough that I know most people, but large enough to support high-quality benefits like PPO medical, 401k, unlimited PTO, social events, etc. I particular appreciate the hands-on involvement from the CEO and founders. They are highly visible and constantly working to ensure the culture and performance of the company. I am very impressed so far.
