Pros
Design and development are very AJILE. Team structure is very flat. Design team is small but very collaborative. We have design team standup, design critique session and pair designs every week. Teammates are top talents, you get to learn something new everyday. You also get to solve complicated & interesting design problems everyday - never get bored! Plus the free lunch and snacks + unlimited PTO, it's a great place to work at.
Cons
Nothing much to complain about, only issue to me is that it's located in North Hollywood, pretty far where I live, however you can work from home time to time, which is very nice.
