Pros

- Unlimited holidays but only after 3 months of working with them. - ...

Cons

- No projects, which means a lot of time spent on the bench (non-billable). - Sales opportunities that stall due to bad follow-up/in-fighting. - Subpar insurance options to select from with high deductibles . - Toxic "Bro" culture within Engineering and Management. - Bad reputation within the Google Cloud (GCP) community. - Recent high turnover with most managers being there less than 1 year. - Advertises Work from Home but expects employees to be in WeWork offices. - Wants to be a $1 billion dollar company but acts and is organized like a startup

SADA Response

Thank you for your feedback. I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished and I acknowledge there’s always room for growth and improvements. As I read these reviews, sometimes I can’t help but feel how misjudged SADA can be. As CEO, I always carefully think about all the changes we want to implement and ensure that we are upholding SADA’s core values in everything we do. I would like to address 2 points here that were a bit surprising in this review. The first is regarding our overall reputation. We have worked very hard for the last 19 years to establish our reputation within the industry and I’m happy to say that it has earned us many accolades in return. Among the many recognitions we have received, our reputation with Google has awarded us the Global Partner of the Year Award which I take very seriously. This speaks volumes to our reputation. The second point is regarding the statement made around a toxic bro culture. This was a bit shocking as my mother started this company and has been a role model for strong women in the workplace over the years. I’m not sure if this is gossip or a misunderstanding but if you take a look at our Executive Management Team, we have pretty strong female presence. In addition, we have set forth several initiatives towards Diversity and Inclusion and we were recently recognized as Best Tech Workplace for Diversity by Tech in Motion. We are also attending the Society of Women Engineers conference and fair in November as we understand the importance of taking an active role to ensure Diversity and Inclusion. #beonestepahead. It’s possible you were unaware of our initiatives in this regard, though we shared them all at our All Hands. I wish you would have reached out to our People Operations team or to me personally with some of your concerns.

Pros

There are smart people here.

Cons

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
