Pros
This company is amazing! The culture is competitive but there is a huge emphasis on teamwork that it is still fun. Unlimited PTO is a huge plus! The opportunity to not only make a whole bunch of money but to network into a huge company like Google is amazing. You are not chained to a desk all day, there is opportunity to travel and work remote. I have had 0 complaints since coming to work here. It is a smaller company but the best in the business. Literally named Google's #1 partner 2 years in a row. The CEO/CTO/CMO/COO all knows me by name and each employee has direct access to the entire C-level. There is so much collaboration and everyone has all of the tools needed to succeed. We are all trying to hit the same goals and everyone is available to help and do their part. When I first met the COO, the first thing he told me was, "you came on at just the right time, we are on a rocket!" After working a year, that statement is still 100% true. There is an abundance of opportunity here if you are good at your job. Everyone is committed to working as hard as they can because of this. Management is 100% supportive of their employees, everything we need to be successful at work and at home is available.
Cons
I work outsided of the HQ location so sometimes it feels like working out on an island. HR does an amazing job trying to connect everyone though. Being Google's #1 partner means a lot is asked of you, since it is a smaller company that sometimes can be overwhelming.
