Pros
Executive team committed to giving their employees the best experience, from on boarding, managing career paths all the way to off boarding (just check out our Alumni network!) The work is impactful and interesting. The industry that we are in is booming, so it feels pretty secure. We are scaling and working on keeping that "thing" that makes this a great place to work.
Cons
With every fast scaling company there are typical pain points, however the leadership team is working very hard to get ahead to mitigate any issues. The culture is still very strong!
