Pros
I started working for SADA Systems about a year ago and I love it. Coming from a massive and bureaucratic organization, I fell in love with the speed in which things move around here. I really have thrived during my time with SADA. That being said, this company is certainly not for anyone. We are an A-Team company with continued aggressive growth. If you are a lazy or incompetent employee, this is not the place for you (as you can see from the reviews below). This is certainly not the place for someone who is just looking to "get by" and put in their 9-5 while barely accomplishing anything. In my humble opinion, this is what makes SADA so great. The expectation is that everyone is a contributor and an "A Player", this makes for an extremely intelligent and driven workforce. If you are an intelligent and motivated person you will fit in well here, like I have. Other things worth noting: Good benefits, free food, young environment, casual dress.
