Regarding quality, SADA values a balance between engineering excellence and the timely delivery of valuable features to our customers. Team members collaborate closely with each other and always discuss the tradeoffs of any technical decision, and all code deployed to a production environment must be reviewed by other engineers and pass certain standards of quality. As a general rule, code quality and industry best practices for building great software are prioritized alongside delivery deadlines, and any tech debt that the team may incur is tracked and dealt with in a future sprint. Additionally, we continue to prioritize people over profits, as SADA dedicates a tremendous amount of resources towards employee training & development, DEI & ERG initiatives, and giving back to our local communities.
