Work hours can be long. Most of the times you end up working for more than 10 hours a day. Scope of the work is not defined; no push back from the management for out of scope work. Recent change in management lacks vision and capacity planning

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
