Pros
Treated with respect by the employees I've worked for. Regular work. Long opening hours gives flexibility to staff. Close working relations with other staff.
Cons
Not the best pay compared to other retailers such as Boots and Tesco. Weekend work and late nights can be a pain, though if it's shared evenly, not too bad.
