Pros
To be honest there are not many pros to working in the spar but trying to be fair I would say there is defiantly no pressure to hit targets also staff do get a ten percent discount so every cloud and all
Cons
So I cant say for all spar stores but mine had one of the worst managers ever this women should never had been allowed to be a manager and as someone who has studied business management for 4 years I know what I'm talking about. Also there are a lot of ridicules rules for example at the end of each night when all staff just want to go home all till bags must be counted even though they are counted first thing the next morning.
