      Pros

      Well infrastructure and opportunity to grow alongside the business. You get the chance to bring your own ideas to the table.

      Cons

      It is only possible to climb the latter till a certain point. It requires no education nor previous work experience.

      Thank you for the review which seems to be for SPAR Spain, not SPAR International, a separate company. Unfortunately Glassdoor doesn’t seem to be able to separate our independent companies. We tried.
