Pros
Most co-workers are very friendly, you can wear jeans daily.
Cons
Extreme lack of quality, experienced leadership. Almost zero training provided but performance expectations are high. VERY VERY HIGH TURNOVER. Turnover has been so bad they offered a $10K bonus for people to stay 1 year-many people leave within a month. Inexperienced people in middle mgmt roles with no training who tend to blame subordinates for their own ineffectiveness and issues caused by the managers. Office space isn't set up or managed professionally-cleaning people come in during the day, instead of at night, and move employees to clean around /under desks using strong smelling chemicals. Huge percentage of Navasota workforce is foreign speaking all day in the office with many immigrant hires. Nothing about this organization is professional. No bonuses. Benefits, like health insurance, are ridiculously expensive compared to other employers. They may offer you work from home days, then take them away later. There is no standard work from home policy-it's all at each manager's whim which causes jealousy amongst employees.
