High Turnover and Nepotism - Anonymous employee STgenetics Employee Review

Most unorganized company ever. Told that the company would be working on going public during my interviews and then once I started I knew that could never happen. Managers are not true managers in any of the accounting department. The managers are only in management roles because nobody else could stick around long enough for them to promote true talent. When managers feel intimidated by their employee they get rid of them. The controller (related to owner) has favorites and does not make them put in actual effort to try and make their financials correct and instead lets them make their work look correct while shoving the actual problem off to other groups. Managers micromanage and constantly create "fires" and they expect them to be fixed immediately without care of time of day or if it is the weekend. No acknowledgment of hard work.
