Pros

Just a well known company

Cons

1. Holds tons of meetings with no tangible outcomes. 2.Assigns tasks without providing context, telling you to figure it out yourself even though you are not attended the relevant meeting. 3. Believes their work is more important than yours and always claims to be too busy to help. 4. Can’t help you prioritize tasks, always pushing you to multitask or deprioritize other things. 5. Only points out what’s wrong or problematic but offers no constructive feedback or guidance to find solutions. 6. Avoids making big decisions to dodge responsibility, telling you to consult other teams so someone else shares the blame if things go wrong. 7. Micromanages trivial matters, like why a colleague isn’t at their desk. 8. Calls you at 11 PM to discuss work said it is important but actually it is just a chitchat 9. Constantly insults or belittles others verbally. 10. Their decisions are as short-lived as the Hundred Days’ Reform—lasting only a day because they claim “the world is always changing.” 11. After getting cosmetic procedures, constantly asks others if they look good. 12. Always shifts blame, e.g., when something goes wrong, they keep asking, “Why did this happen? Fix it quick, I’m busy, do I have to handle everything?”

Pros

Great products. Everyone gets to travel at least once per year.

Cons

Low pay compared to top US electronics companies. Strong culture of favoritism — managers rarely promote on merit and frequently move the goalposts for employees outside their inner circle. Colleagues and managers regularly take credit for others' work. I personally witnessed and experienced what I believe to be gender and race-based inequities in how employees are treated and evaluated. HR was unresponsive when issues were raised.
