Every minute of your mandatory 10 hour days (yes, they track your hours and you will get an incomplete if you do not put in your full 10 hours). Yes, you have to go through an airport security system and put your bags through an X-ray machine. i could go on and on. But the most important point is that as a professional hire, you will regress. While you are rotting away in Suwon with absolutely nothing to do, your colleagues back home will be moving up progressively or have worked on something amazing.
