Pros
It's a good company to work for. You can see the enthusiasm of engineers for the new product development. I've always admired the speed how fast they have developed their products and put products in the market. You're also working with intelligent people, so there's always an opportunity to learn from them. You can wear whatever you like and company encourages to hang out with co-workers after work.
Cons
The hours were fairly long. Don't get me wrong. I love to work as much as the next person, however, at some point and time there has to be a balance between work and the home life.
