Pros

Large scope of different projects for different technologies. Everyone can find his/her project. Salary level is good, but only for ones with great experience. Cause of company is not outsorcing, it has standard values that depends on experience and grows about 10-20 percents per year. If you are motivated to visit South Korea, learn language or/and find job there, Samsung provides high posibility to have 3-50 day length business trips to HQ. Almost every employee that working more then 1-2 years was here at least once. Once you have a creative idea/-s you can easy to promote them and even get a project and budget to develop it. Company is seeking new innovative ways and always support the ones that can propose something. Large number of perks, that is not usual for Ukraine. Every half year bonuses (~1-2 month salary) for everyone. Samsung devices awarded to most motivated employee on new year party. Big corporate events 3-4 times a year.

Cons

For person that just finished university, or has 2-3 years of employment it is more easy to find relative job in other company the Samsung. Just you employed, even if you have a great position grows, don't expect relative revenue up. Samsung a big asian company with a old traditions, it provides a posibility for employee to work over them life and scheduled your standard every year grows.

Pros

Great products. Everyone gets to travel at least once per year.

Cons

Low pay compared to top US electronics companies. Strong culture of favoritism — managers rarely promote on merit and frequently move the goalposts for employees outside their inner circle. Colleagues and managers regularly take credit for others' work. I personally witnessed and experienced what I believe to be gender and race-based inequities in how employees are treated and evaluated. HR was unresponsive when issues were raised.
