Poor management - Material Handler Samsung Electronics Employee Review

Managment was terrible, did not provide any support to employees, couldn't assist with basic needs or questions. Supervisors would often verbally harass associates. Would have your job or position threatened to force you to "volunteer" for extra duties Work life balance is terrible, consistently worked 6 days 12 hours a day or more. Safety was terrible and associates were often made to perform unsafe tasks.
