Pros
Good benefits for permanent staff, great Korean food at restaurant, friendly colleagues and learn lots. Good career progression if you are a graduate.
Cons
Have witnessed verbally abusive Korean culture in open office, can be asked to work evenings and weekends, strong Korean/ Western divide, double/ triple car parking. Too many graduates, temp and contract staff as cheap labour. HR is under the thumb of Korean HQ. Management are never happy with your results. If you achieve 100%, then you will get a pat on the back, 90% and under or even over 110%, they will scold you for under and over achieving.
