it's good to work in a Global company to get great benefits and high salary. In terms of benefits, the company is very generous to employees. You learn management skills while working on a product.
Cons
Software is the weakest point in Samsung. Samsung electronics are more of a follower in software field, not a leader. they are busy to catch up new things that were done by Google, Apple and other leading software companies. Moreover, you wouldn't get much of life balance between working and personal life. They do things in very ineffective ways.
