Pros
If you are someone who prefer to just do what you are told, then it may not be too bad for you.
Cons
The biggest con is there is different treatment between those who speak their language and those who do not. Employees from their home town gets alot of training, exposure and overseas experience. And these exposures are sponsored - air tickets, flight, every meal. If you are not one of them, there is no such opportunity for you all at. The second: The middle management have no idea what they are doing and have no mind of their own. Everyone is only wagging their tail behind the bosses. It is just a 1-way communication. All are puppets of HQ. Everything needs to be approved by them. Third: One thing everyone does great here is pushing things around and even to other teams Decision making is also very bad. Everyone refuse to take accountability and responsibility. Forth: This is not a place to work if you are looking to grow and develop. There is nothing to learn if you are at lower position, you just follow.
