Pros
Product - depth and breadth of range, higher than avg. salaries (think of it as danger or hardship money), marketing $$$ to burn - and burn we do.
Cons
Executive management team unnecessarily agressive and unpleasant to work for. General lack of senior leadership. Inneffecient and over processed environment. Lack of basic collaboration, tools and intent, between groups and divisions. In some cases heads of division perceive each other to be the competition. Very high staff attrition.
