Pros

Good benefit. Medical, eat rm9 for lunch, rm4.5 for breakfast

Cons

Poor management and organisation tree. Low appreciation for engineer. Engineer need to do everything. Test for improve line, run machine for production normal run (should be production team/engineer) and even scrap test product (scrap by hand, throw to dusbin, use manual handjack to move the pallet, etc Especially if you come to electrode YE deparment. Instead of defending her team, the leader often takes on blame from other departments and passes it down to her members, leaving them feeling unsupported and undervalued. Weekend? Hahsaha. Public? Even no machine run still you need to come. For what? Standby they said hahsha

Pros

Medical, vision, and dental insurance are amazing. Many holidays are observed.

Cons

It’s a tech company that feels very against modern tools and automation. Pay needs improvement. Competitors are offering ~20% more for multiple roles. The cultural expectation is that you dedicate your time to the company’s success. This involves never working traditional working hours and always working overtime. Management in HQ controls what decisions are made for America, and decisions are always reactive to risks or failures, rather than proactive to benefit business security, customer retention, and employee workload reduction. Burnout is a very apparent thing here. Every system used is either developed internally, or done manually. This includes manually entering and submitting expenses, mail services are through a Samsung developed mail system, chats are done via a poorly replicated version of Teams, and most things require a long and unnecessary chain of approvals.
