London office was small, nice people, decent atmosphere. Pay at the market level. Generally fair treatment. OK life work balance.
Cons
IB business was generally neglected at the top level with middle managers not empowered. Cost cutting and awful beuracracy hampering revenues. You are a small cog in the big machine. Initiative is not discouraged, but rarely supported in real way.
