      - Ambitious leaders & goals - Extremely wide scale (huge cm's portfolio, all before was kindergarten) - Budgets - Risk appetite culture, company (Bank) is ready to accept risks - Business stakeholders & peers are smart for you to learn new things

      Cons

      - Business support functions are still outside the agile framework - Budgeting for new initiatives is a painful project - Avoidable bureaucracy and internal blockers
