- Staff problems are closing by developers from the monthly courses of school 21 and "sberstart" + students from internships. - Bureaucracy of processes that come from specially created subdivisions for this. - The inability to take training outside the company. - Lack of growth in one place, only through an internal transition or re-entry. - HR does not deal with motivation and other large set of responsibilities. - Very expensive breakfasts and lunches inside the office. - Parking for managers or a select few, which is almost impossible to get. - Worst company health insurance are given. With sick leave, there may be manipulations by the employer.
