Lot of politics in the team, prefer non technical people, giving preference system analysts and business analysts instead of developers as they are not involved any technical issues or good design. Russians hired lot of system analysts and business analysts bit they are not giving good output, so they are using them as arum master and other activities but Russians treating them like their own kid. Politics in the root level. Bonus getting delayed every quarter. No proper goals.
