Pros
Competitive pay Quarterly bonus Massage chairs
Cons
I joined this company because HR promised that initially 3 to 4 days work from office (WFO) per month and he promised that in future it will be 2 days work from office (WFO) per week with flexible login Log out hours But the policies keep changing now 3 days minimum work from office (WFO) with 8 and half hours in office policy if you don't follow your Quarterly bonus will be affected and he/she will be monitored, tortured and will be put in the PIP ,people will be forced to resign Even if you voluntarily try to put paper they will try to make you release with immediate effect they don't honour the policies but you should honour policies Funny part is nearly 40% of workforce doing permanent work from home and there is a probation. In probation You need to follow 4 to 5 days work from office policy with 8.5 hours in office Cafeteria is there sometimes it will be block for Town Hall meetings you need to plan your lunch accordingly Funny part is Russian team doing max 2 days work from office and they got all the benefits they got big size two monitors There is lot of partiality you can sense other than money no single positive part If you are only looking for money rest you can sacrifice then this company is for you This review is latest in future it may become even more worst no Health Care benefits no cab facility no small yoga room no proper dedicated cafeteria Thank you
