Thank you for 12 years of service and for your candid review. At Schneider Electric, we pride ourselves on being an ethical company of high integrity.
We are in the midst of implementing a significant system upgrade with the intent of making us an even more customer-centric and efficient organization. However, as with any significant transformation, we are working through some near-term operational issues that are being actively addressed. We’re revising our sales incentive plan to drive and build a high-performance culture, which is foundational to our compensation philosophy.
