Schneider Electric reinvents itself about every three years into a totally different company new rule new acronyms.
They place people in executive and middle management positions that do not have people skills and little experience in the business. They do not like to home grow leadership as a whole it is the preference to hire someone outside the company that has no experience in the industry. They are very focused on performance and customer not on the employee. HR thinks that they are very focused on employees but, the reality is the Business units and HR have differing goals which many times conflict leaving the employee in the middle or left out. Don't Join Schnieder Electric if you are looking for leadership opportunities they want to be a flat organization 20 to 30 direct reports per manager. Schnieder wants to manage every decision for the entire company from just one location.
