Pros

Most of one's experience about a company is because of his/her immediate boss, colleagues & leadership, that they interact. So, I am just sharing my experience here: 1>Open culture 2>Flat organization 3>If you are inspired, sky is your limit 4>Great work life balance 5>Amazing learning opportunities

Cons

It's a very big company. Just think about it, it's in 100+ countries and about 100000 employees across the globe. And. it's product portfolios are so diverse. So sometimes you might feel lost if you are joining the company. I initially did have the same feeling and didn't know how I was contributing to company objectives and growth. But, if you have the patience and the right manager who can help you on your career aspirations, it becomes so much easier to connect the world.

Pros

Strong exposure to complex, high-value technical projects with cross-functional coordination across engineering, vendors, and clients. Opportunities to lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through commissioning and testing. High level of ownership and visibility, with meaningful impact on critical infrastructure and system integration.

Cons

High workload and competing priorities across multiple projects can create scheduling pressure. Coordination across multiple stakeholders and dependencies can lead to delays outside of direct control. Some processes and tools could be more standardized to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
