Pros

Nice Corporate Office, Nice Location

Cons

I came from a competitor and regretted it one month in. There is a clear lack of experience at all levels. My previous employer has 20, 30 40 years veterans. The most years of service for folks in corporate is 7 The name of the game is hire cheap and promote within. This means Interns and rotational employees are elevated to Mgmt roles within 9 months first and other candidates are not considered or looked over. If you do have any experience they try to get you to teach the younger folks and coach them as if you were a manager which means you end up doing their jobs along with yours. This is the case because the managers don’t know how to manage or coach themselves because they are in their early 20s. Dont waste your time coming here unless you want to springboard to another company or get some experience. If you want a serious careeer this is not the place.

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
