Pros
Great benefits and 401k matching; great people to work with (at equal levels); company does well enough financially, even in midst of economic downturn, love to supply its employees with shirts; pay is not exactly competitive but not the worst, plenty of opportunities to be involved in the community.
Cons
No clear guidance when looking to advance in the company; extreme amount of office politics involved; preferential treatment given to particular groups, especially sales office; pay not nationally competitive, workload to employee ratio could be better; feeling that upper management (VPs, Managers, etc.) is disconnected from rest of company, no understanding of what its employees really do.
