Pros

Company is growing, Good revenue growth each year. Some facilities like food coupons up to Rs 550. Every year they will send entire team to location like Koorg, etc. Rs 1100 reimbursement for Internet per month.

Cons

Now lets comes to cons. 1> When you join this company they will give you hefty bonus up to 3 lacks. But if you leave company before 2 years you need to return this amount to the company. Also they have 15% of variable of your ctc. This will paid you based on your performance. Deliberately they will rate you less to and deduce your variable pay. This is due to the hefty 3 lack bonus. I also got to know from others that this is sure and certain process of this company. Also in your offer they have mentioned you will get 0 to 200% of your variable based on your performance. But you will never get 200% because it has certain formula which I still need to figure. The HR has promised that you will certainly gets 200% here. I only get 80%. Its a huge loss if you figure out in your ctc. 2> This company used to give free foods 5-6 years back. Later they were giving RS 1100. Now they are pays Rs 550 only. So basically it do cost cutting. 3> Hikes are also very less.

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
