Pros

Very talented people in general, who are passionate about security. You won't find a MSSP with a better pedigree amongst middle management.

Cons

If you're not in Atlanta, don't bother trying to get your point across because it simply won't be listened to. There's a complete failure in the way that the business is run - EMEA and APJ are ignored and leaders there are leaders in name only. They are unable to affect change and ensure local strategy aligns with overall corporate objectives. Complete lack of understanding of market needs outside the core US market. At the same time, they have full responsibility for delivering results ie. Accountability without Control. Financial and administrative systems are poor, but senior team members don't seem to understand the need to get these basic hygiene factors right. Waves of redundancies even though people are already overworked and the good people are leaving in droves. Complete lack of attention given to some exceptionally poor managers who are allowed to continue failing the company and their teams. It's all a great pity because fundamentally, Secureworks is a great company. It has lost its way with an erratic strategy and focus on the wrong priorities. I sincerely hope that changes.

Formed good relationships with colleagues

Transition from an organization that had a great services reputation in the industry to a crowded XDR space, along with complacent management led to their acquisition
