Pros
I started at Secureworks at the end of January. I am very impressed with our leadership. We are going thru a huge change, becoming a software company. With the brand recognition we've established, we are well positioned to do this successfully. I am very impressed with the support I've received from each of the business units I've already had the opportunity to engage, With the state of the economy, and being a new hire, I'm was very nervous of being furloughed or laid off. This company had no furloughs or lay offs. Instead, we've developed new offerings, to truly help our clients during this very tough time. I'm very lucky and proud to be a Secureworks employee.
Cons
There were some difficulties dealing with and accessing the Secureworks intranet and Dell intranet. However, there have been a lot of progress correcting those issues.
