      Decent salary, plenty of growth opportunities, weekly COPs budget for certifications, friendly team (subjective)

      Cons

      Not willing to let anyone work outside of the country, even thou we are working remotely. If you want to visit your family abroad, and it happens to be stuck there because of covid, you have to quit your job because they will not understand.
