Pros

You are going to find amazing people here. Incredible individuals flock to other incredible people, I guess. You will build strong work relationships and genuine friendships. You will learn from one another, teach others, share skills, advocate and defend those who've shed so much blood, sweat, and tears to build a great product/company. And many of these people are good, humble people. That's one of the most jaw-dropping things - coming into work and realizing "holy f**k these people are incredibly gifted, and they want to work alongside me!" Because there is such a vast majority of good people, you will have opportunity for a lot of great collaboration and moments of pure, unadulterated teamwork where you're building something you believe in/will be immensely proud of. Surrounding yourself with like-minded, ambitious, brilliant innovators helps you create better work, so you will feel accomplished at least once during your tenure at ServiceTitan, I promise it.

Cons

We don't have values, literally. We have a company mission, but we don't have values yet, which was an afterthought when I first started and was pushing 60+ hours a week trying to keep things afloat. If you want to work at ServiceTitan, I'd really recommend asking about the company values, mission, and culture, and to really gauge if they align with your own. As stated in the pros, the people are amazing. They are incomparable, but that can only take you so far. If you don't believe in the company and its mission and its values, you will be stuck in limbo, and you will grow complacent. Read Goethe's Faust and discover that complacency is NOT a good thing. The company is complacent in their approach to the core product, to the treatment of women in the office (including hiring ratio, lack of women managers, lack of women on senior leadership team, etc.), to the insane amount of power we allow our customers to hold, to the recognition of the underdogs of the company (essentially, if you're not the one directly bringing in the $$$, you might be forgotten). I understand Sales helps make the world go round (or at least provide us with a paycheck), but Sales shouldn't be the only focus. There are a lot of other people, teams, factors that go into making the company successful that frankly Sales doesn't hold a candle to.

Pros

Really decent benefits regarding healthcare. The people on the teams themselves are great. Too bad they're stuck there right along-side you in a rough spot.

Cons

-Overwhelming amount of information to learn about a software that they keep adding more and more new features to. (Constantly, its unending, the software is so massive at this point its overwhelming to both customers and support.) -Pushing more and more AI creep. The new AI case assistant is going to take over the position soon, we're literally teaching it how to do our jobs and solve cases for us. It already knows how to do so, it's just getting fine tuned and we're the ones providing it info. -Management has no idea what they're doing and feels like they're constantly panicking and pushing harder for stats and metrics that feel rough and unreasonable. -No communication between major teams, leading to internal friction that leads to you wondering 'what do these other people even do around here' sort of mentality? -No room for upwards movement into the company, applied many times for positions and was kept where I was with replies of, "You weren't quite what we were looking for." -Armenian support seems to get treated far better than American Support staff. Getting extra holidays off while American Staff still have to work most holidays to begin with.
