Pros
Not sure if this even matters because of the pandemic but they have an amazing office space, snacks, extracurriculars, and a clean office. The pros are definitely the people. ServiceTitan hires people that are driven, kind and motivated and the culture amongst coworkers is extremely inclusive.
Cons
The cons are the gray area that seems have really represented itself during the pandemic. There is a disconnect between top tier leadership and middle tier, and it was very frusturating to be told one thing than have something change entirely the next day. They also cut a ton of SDR's out of the blue, just to post on LinkedIn they are looking for more. Treat your SDR's like people and not replaceable workhorses! Also, the training is not as bad as everyone on here says it is. It gets redundant, but that is the point of the training. Things take time to grasp and polish. The managers are solid people, but they could use a little more training on learning how to drive KPI's while being empathetic.
